End-User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Clue Dental Marketing, Inc. ("Licensor"). By accessing or using Clue Dental Marketing, Inc.'s website, cluedentalmarketing.com, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

- Ownership. The website, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Clue Dental Marketing, Inc.
- Disclaimers. The website is provided "as is" and Licensor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the website, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Clue Dental Marketing, Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the website, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory of liability.
- Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
- Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the website.
